Whether you need assistance placing an order, tracking a shipment, or resolving an issue, our customer support is just a message away.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products.
Perfumes that have been used more than 20% are not eligible for return or refund.
Testers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges are only allowed for items that were delivered damaged or incorrect, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
