Refund policy
At Rooh by Sangani, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and customer satisfaction. However, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer a refund under the following terms:
🔁 Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Perfumes that have been used more than 20% are not eligible for a refund.

Tester products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

A refund will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
❗ Non-Refundable Items:

Opened or partially used perfumes (more than 20% usage)

All tester bottles

Gift cards or promotional items
💸 How Refunds Are Processed:

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

We will notify you via email once the refund is issued.
